Dreame Matrix10 Ultra

Three mop sets only help when the room assignments fit

Map the home, match each assembly to its colored dock slot, and review the room assignments in the app. Auto Multi-Mop Switching is enabled by default; switching it off leaves the robot using its default assembly. The robot returns to the dock to change pads. Our buying implication: a second floor separated from the dock by stairs does not inherit automatic pad changes merely because the robot can store a map. Manual, printed pages 8-9 - Checked Oct 5, 2026.

The solution compartments have different jobs: A takes cleaning solution, B pet-odor solution and C wood-floor care solution. Do not mix or interchange them. Use the specified official fluids and do not fill the clean-water tank with hot water. The manual says the automatic water hookup kit is a separate purchase available only in specific regions; a reserved connection slot does not establish U.S. kit availability or compatibility. Manual, printed pages 7-9 - Checked Oct 5, 2026.

Measure the step, not just its total height

The advertised 8cm / 3.15in crossing figure is a manufacturer lab claim for a double-layer step in Hurdle-Style Mode, with the lower step's top surface over 4.72in wide. The listed single-layer limit is 4.2cm / 1.65in. A single 8cm door sill is not covered by that claim. Measure both rises and the intervening tread before using this feature to justify the purchase. These are official conditions, not our measured climbing results. Product specifications and footnotes - Checked Oct 5, 2026.

The dock footprint is only the beginning

The product page lists the dock at 16.38 x 17.99 x 23.23 inches. Those are enclosure dimensions, not a promise it will operate inside a cabinet of that size. Plan space to open the door, remove water tanks and let the robot return. The robot is listed at 3.50 inches with its sensor lowered and 4.37 inches raised; allow for real furniture and floor variation instead of treating the smaller number as guaranteed clearance. Official dimensions - Checked Oct 5, 2026.

The manual recommends an open location with a good Wi-Fi signal, an unobstructed signaling area and tile or marble beneath the dock. It supports 2.4GHz Wi-Fi. Before relocating or returning the machine, use the app to retract the mop shuttle. Manual, printed pages 7-8 - Checked Oct 5, 2026.

Self-cleaning still leaves a maintenance schedule

Source: manual maintenance table, printed page 11, checked Oct 5, 2026. Intervals depend on usage; the app and the condition of the parts matter. These are maintenance recommendations, not measured lifespans or guaranteed replacement costs.

212 degrees F describes dock washing conditions, not continuous floor treatment. Dreame's footnote places that temperature around the washboard heating system under lab conditions. Its separate thermal-pad claim gives 86-104 degrees F after one minute of cleaning. Do not interpret the headline as a promise that your floor is washed at boiling temperature. Official temperature footnotes - Checked Oct 5, 2026.

Official price and offer: compare the exact configuration

The selected base model showed $1,799.99, a $1,999.99 reference and a $1,599.99 member price on Oct 5. A separate Matrix10 Ultra Bundle card advertised $1,519.99, reference $1,949.98, including an accessory kit. These are different displayed configurations; do not subtract the member saving again from the bundle card or assume the cart will combine them. Select the intended option and inspect the final account offer before paying. Official product page - Checked Oct 5, 2026.

The promotion's 30-day price protection compares the same model, SKU, color, configuration and bundle at the official U.S. store, using the net product amount before tax and shipping. Other retailers and regions are excluded, as are personalized/member-only codes, loyalty rewards, gifts, clearance, refurbished products, pricing errors and different bundles. Request an eligible adjustment within the period with the order number and lower-price evidence. Official promotion terms - Checked Oct 5, 2026.

Check coverage before importing or buying for another region

The U.S. after-sales policy lists 3 years for the robot's main body and base, 1 year for its battery and 1 month for listed consumables. Warranty service is limited to the contiguous U.S.; Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands and Guam are excluded. Normal wear and damage from improper maintenance, non-official accessories or cleaning solutions are among the exclusions. Seller and country matter: these terms are not universal coverage for every marketplace listing. Official after-sales policy - Checked Oct 5, 2026.

For eligible promotional returns, submit the request within 30 calendar days of receipt and return the main product, original packaging, included accessories and promotional gifts together. Keep those items while deciding. The advertised delivery estimate is a snapshot, not a deadline guarantee; the promotion warns of longer processing and separate shipments. Matrix10 Ultra or X50 Ultra: which difference matters?

Dreame's comparison on the product page gives Matrix10 Ultra the multi-mop switching dock and three solution compartments; X50 Ultra has no multi-mop switching and a single solution compartment. Choose Matrix10 for separate room-assigned pad sets. If that separation is not useful in your home, compare X50's current price and fit before paying for the extra dock machinery. The same table gives both a 1.65in single-layer crossing figure, so that particular door sill does not by itself justify Matrix10. Official comparison - Checked Oct 5, 2026.

Use the Dreame model directory for other models and current purchase destinations. This short section identifies the relevant alternative; it is not a second comparison article or a claim that we tested either robot.
