| 2026 U.S. Black Friday announcement status | The official U.S. homepage reviewed promotes a separate Prime Day event. No 2026 Black Friday schedule or code is established here. A promotional collection name without readable, dated terms is not enough to carry an old offer into 2026. | | 2026-10-09 |
| Choose device condition before comparing a discount | The return policy excludes refurbished devices, personalized products and items marked Final Sale. The outlet is explicitly for Certified Refurbished devices. A new Theragun and a refurbished Theragun can therefore have different return eligibility even if the model name matches. Compare condition and returnability alongside any future product-level price; the standard return window cannot be transferred to an excluded item. | | 2026-10-09 |
| Use both return clocks, not only the shipping-label date | The direct policy allows eligible returns within 30 days of receiving the product and also requires Therabody to receive the return within that period. Labels last 14 days. A label’s remaining validity does not extend the receipt deadline. Confirm an arrival-safe shipping date before sending the device back. | | 2026-10-09 |
| Keep the full device kit for a return | Eligible returns must be like new with original packaging and accessories. Missing parts, wear or damage may reduce or prevent the refund; proof of purchase is required. Keep the complete kit while deciding, rather than treating the massage gun alone as the entire return. | | 2026-10-09 |
| Match the return route to the original seller | Other retailers use their own return policies. Purchases made in Therabody-operated retail or Reset locations cannot be returned online. Decide the seller and keep its receipt before relying on Therabody’s web returns route; the brand name on a device does not make every seller’s return process interchangeable. | | 2026-10-09 |
| A return is not a mail exchange | Therabody does not offer exchanges by mail. Standard return shipping is paid by Therabody for eligible items, but some product pages can exclude free returns; original shipping and handling are excluded from the refund unless otherwise specified. Check the exact purchase before assuming a return can swap it for a later discounted model. | | 2026-10-09 |
