Cancellation window is short	Contact Joydeco within 24 hours to request cancellation before the order is locked for production. Report defects promptly with photographs; the refund policy requests damage evidence within seven days.	https://joydeco.com/policies/refund-policy	Oct 3, 2026
Official return pages differ	The refund policy mentions a 10% restocking charge for other eligible returns, while a curtain product page describes a 20% deduction and a 30-day period.
