| Separate listed prices from conditional member prices | The homepage card for the white 14-piece Japanese cutlery set with PP handle lists $99.99, a $259.99 reference and a $79.99 member price requiring a discount code. Oct 8 snapshot only; the lower figure is not an unconditional or tested checkout price. | Named knife-set card | Oct 8, 2026 |
| Confirm shipping charges below $100 | The live banner requires $100+ for free shipping, while the shipping-policy body says U.S. shipping is free without naming that threshold. Confirm your order’s charge before relying on the broader sentence. The policy asks for changes within 12 hours and says shipped orders cannot be changed or cancelled. | Shipping terms and conflicting threshold wording | Oct 8, 2026 |
| A return requires unused, unsharpened knives | The policy requires new condition, original packaging and photographic evidence. Obtain authorization before mailing a return. It uses both receipt-based and purchase-based 30-day wording, so confirm the actual deadline for your order. | Return condition and deadline | Oct 8, 2026 |
| Free return shipping is limited | Verified manufacturing defects or incorrect items shipped by imarku qualify for free return freight under the stated process. Other returns are buyer-paid, and shipping charges are non-refundable. Products from unauthorized channels are excluded from after-sales support. | Freight and sales-channel conditions | Oct 8, 2026 |
| One-year warranty is not free sharpening | The warranty runs from receipt for eligible product issues during normal intended use. Routine sharpening and edge wear are normal ownership costs. Knife misuse, poor storage and excessive force are excluded; cookware discoloration or cosmetic wear alone is not automatically a covered defect. | Product-specific warranty exclusions | Oct 8, 2026 |
